Refunds & Exchanges
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or you received the wrong item.
If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us at support@laurenwebb.shop with details and pictures of the noticeable defects. We will fully examine it and notify you via email, within three business days. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping cost.
If approved for exchange, once the return items are received, you will be contacted with in stock replacement options. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you believe your item was damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us within 4 weeks after misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received.
Size Exchanges
Wrongly ordered sizes won't be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check size guide for each item before purchasing.
Shipping Information
To reduce our carbon footprint, we print orders only when they are placed. Most orders are printed and shipped within 24—48 hours of purchase. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and can take 1-7 business days to process before being shipped.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, except for canvas prints. Currently, canvas prints are available only in the US, Canada, Europe, and the UK.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders ship domestically with USPS or FedEx Ground for select items.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are only sent to the purchasers email after item(s) ordered has (have) been processed, item(s) has (have) been printed, and is(are) prepared to ship.
I’m missing an item from my order
No worries, some items are shipped separately depending on product type/size. If you believe you're missing an item, please email support@laurenwebb.shop.
Damaged / Opened Box
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.
